All orders are processed within 5–12 business days. Custom builds may require additional processing time depending on configuration complexity. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Europe: 7–14 business days
Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

Orders over $350 USD: Free standard shipping
Orders under $350 USD: $15 USD standard shipping fee
Express shipping option available at checkout for an additional $20 USD, with estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Builds

Custom keyboards are made to order and may require additional production time. Estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page or provided after order confirmation.
