Follow these essential maintenance tips to keep your equipment in like-new condition:

  • Daily Dusting: Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove debris from between keycaps. For the translucent case, a microfiber cloth is best to avoid micro-scratches.
  • Keycap Cleaning: For a deep clean, soak keycaps in lukewarm soapy water. Ensure they are 100% dry before re-installing.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Strictly avoid alcohol or harsh solvents on polycarbonate (PC) or acrylic parts, as they may cause cracking or clouding.
  • Cable Care: Do not overstretch the coiled cable. Wipe the sleeve gently with a damp cloth to maintain its brightness.
  • Sun Protection: Keep the keyboard away from direct prolonged sunlight to prevent UV-induced yellowing of the transparent components.

about us

We couldn’t find the right keyboard—so we built it.
KeyZen started with three friends—Marco, Kevin, and Jackson—who spent years trying different keyboards, from mainstream gaming models to high-end custom builds. Many of them delivered strong performance. Some were fast and precise, others sounded great or felt solid to use.
